Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment in managing patient needs.
• Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding administrative and logistical procedures.
• Obtain patient histories and liaise with insurance providers for approval.
• Maintain medical charts and associated records, ensuring data is accurately entered into files and databases.
• Collect, verify, and record data on clinical activity and/or research, and prepare associated reports.
Requirements
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medical Assistance.
• Possess the ability to commute or relocate to Kemaman on a reliable basis.
• Be ready to adhere to scheduled shifts, including afternoon, early, and night shifts.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
