State Registered Nurse

Mahkota Medical Centre is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care through the application of professional clinical knowledge and skills while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing in accordance with institutional policies, legal requirements, and professional nursing standards.

The selected candidate will also support the Head Nurse in the efficient administration and smooth operation of the department and may deputize in the absence of the Head Nurse when required.

Available Departments

This opportunity is available across the following departments:

Operating Theatre (OT)
Cathlab / Cardiology Services
Wards (Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic & Paediatrics)
Day Procedure Unit (DPU)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Haemodialysis Unit
Maternity Ward (Candidates must possess relevant experience or Post Basic in Midwifery)
Nursery
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing best practices.
Monitor patient conditions, provide nursing assessments, and ensure timely intervention and care delivery.
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout treatment and recovery.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Support departmental operations and assist in maintaining quality healthcare standards.
Assist the Head Nurse in administrative duties and departmental coordination when required.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM4,500 per month
