Medical Specialist

Mantra care is looking for part-time, remote role is for doctors and medical specialists based in or licensed to practice in Malaysia. Responsibilities include providing virtual consultations, follow-up care, and clinical guidance to patients across telehealth, chronic disease management, and wellness programs. Medical professionals will review AI-generated assessments, confirm diagnoses, and create or adjust treatment plans aligned with clinical standards. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting encounters in digital systems, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of care pathways. Clinicians are expected to maintain high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care while being comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment.Qualifications
Valid medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) and current license to practice in Malaysia; specialization in areas such as internal medicine, family medicine, psychiatry, endocrinology, or orthopedics is an advantage.
Experience in telemedicine or remote clinical care, with strong skills in virtual patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Competence in managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, musculoskeletal disorders) and providing preventive and wellness-oriented guidance.
Ability to work effectively with digital health tools, electronic medical records, and AI-supported clinical workflows.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia, with a patient-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
Strong ethical standards, commitment to evidence-based practice, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Comfort with flexible, part-time schedules and working independently in a remote setting.
Prior experience with employer-based health programs, insurance panels, or population health initiatives is beneficial.
