Job Description
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients.
Carry out routine and advanced dental procedures, including fillings, tooth extractions, root canal treatment, scaling and polishing, crowns, bridges, and dentures (within scope of practice).
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and treatment options.
Prescribe medications and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patients’ progress and provide follow-up care as required.
Adhere to professional ethics, regulatory requirements, and clinic or hospital policies.
Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Registered Dentist with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
Able to commit to 6 working days per week.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
