Resident Doctor (GP) – Primary Care

We are a growing primary care clinic focused on quality patient care, continuity, and clinical development, with active involvement in community, humanitarian, and corporate outreach programs. We are looking for a doctor who is patient-focused, proactive, and able to work in a structured clinic environment.

Scope:
– Outpatient consultations
– Chronic disease management
– Minor Procedures, Surgical Procedures & wound care
– Patient education and follow-up care
– Basic involvement in clinic administrative and operational coordination (as required)

Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Saturday shifts on a rotation basis, as required
– Schedule subject to operational requirements

Working Style:
– Team-based environment
– Focus on proper assessment and patient care
– Not a rushed, volume-based practice

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year experience in a GP or private healthcare setting (locum-only experience is not sufficient)
– Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin and/or Tamil would be an added advantage
– Competent and confident in minor surgical procedures such as nail avulsion, wound care and debridement, and removal of lumps and bumps
– Demonstrates good clinical judgement, professionalism, and patient-centred approach
– Able to work consistently within a structured clinic environment
