Resident Physician/Clinical Associate
Job Description
The Clinical Services department is seeking candidates who are highly motivated to join us for a fulfilling career as Resident Physician. The incumbent will be responsible for the daily running of ophthalmology clinics and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by his/her Supervisor or Head of Department. Employment will be on a two (2) years contract basis and will be renewable subject to performance.
Job Requirements
- Graduated MBBS from University Malaya (UM) or University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) or a registrable postgraduate medical qualification recognised by SMC
- Three (3) years working experiences of Ophthalmology practice
- Highly adaptive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
Job Benefits
- Salary: Starts from SGD6,750 (Jr) / Starts from SGD8,800 (Sr)
- Housing allowance: SGD1,500/month
- Mobile allowance: SGD33/month
- Fixed Specialist Allowance: SGD500/month (if applicable)
- On-call allowance
- For Sr, SGD22,000 annually if meet all the KPIs, else it will be prorated
- Relocation allowance: SGD1,000 (Single), SGD2,000 (Married)
- Performance bonus: Average 2 to 2.4 months
- One (1) month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
Working Hours: 40-44 hours (Mon-Fri), 08:30-17:30 (Depending on clinic/ward requirements)
