Job Description
MIR Dental Clinic is looking for a passionate and dedicated Dental Associate to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality dental care, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver an outstanding patient experience in a modern, supportive, and patient-focused clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Provide a wide range of general dental treatments with high clinical standards.
Develop and explain personalized treatment plans to patients.
Educate patients on preventive oral healthcare and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS) or equivalent.
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a private dental clinic.
Able to perform general dental treatments independently.
Orthodontic experience is an added advantage.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
