Resident Doctor

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is looking for a dedicated Resident Doctor / Medical Officer with an interest and experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) and Women’s Health to join our team in Johor Bahru.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality primary care and women’s health services while ensuring a high standard of patient care and clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care consultations with a focus on women’s health and O&G-related conditions.
Assess, diagnose and manage common O&G cases within a primary care setting.
Provide antenatal and postnatal care, including appropriate follow-ups.
Conduct relevant physical examinations, health screenings and basic clinical procedures.
Recognise cases requiring specialist intervention and arrange appropriate referrals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
Follow established clinical SOPs, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and clinic staff to ensure smooth and effective patient care.
Provide professional, compassionate and patient-centred medical services.
Requirements
MBBS, MD or equivalent recognised medical qualification.
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Completed compulsory medical service.
Previous experience or strong clinical exposure in O&G / Women’s Health is preferred.
Good communication, interpersonal and patient-management skills.
Strong commitment to professional ethics and quality patient care.
Willing and able to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.
