Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused, and service-oriented Clinic Assistant / Patient Care Assistant to support daily clinic operations and ensure an excellent patient experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in patient registration, administrative support, appointment management, clinical assistance, and patient care coordination within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Services & Front Desk Operations

Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a positive and caring experience.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and payment processing.
Respond to telephone calls and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist patients with registration procedures and clinic-related information.

Clinical Support

Assist doctors during minor clinical procedures and examinations.
Support patient care activities and monitor patient well-being.
Identify and communicate patient concerns or changes in condition to healthcare providers.
Provide basic health education and patient guidance as required.

Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
Perform daily clerical and administrative duties, including data entry and panel submissions.
Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and supply replenishment.
Assist with billing, payment reconciliation, and basic accounting tasks.

Quality & Safety
Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained.
Perform equipment cleaning and sterilization according to established protocols.
Support compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Nursing or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates in healthcare or medical-related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
