Roles & Responsibilities
• Administration of professional medication dispensing and counseling
• Management and recording of poison and stock inventory
• Collaboration with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure a smooth retail operation
• Engage in and assist with basic management and team building
• Conduct training and performance assessment of the pharmacy team
• Supervise and monitor sales performance and customer service
• Maintain open communication with all HQ departments as well as other branches
Requirements
• Full time position only
• Must hold at least a Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology
• Must be registered with the Malaysia Pharmacy Board
• Understands pharmacyâs law and regulations
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese and local dialects
• Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
• Experience in pharmacy management, inventory control, and purchasing is a plus
• Flexibility in work schedule; should be willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
• Those with no retail experience or those who are provisionally registered pharmacists are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided
