Klinik Pergigian Smile Hub is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
• Assist dentists during dental examinations and treatment procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms in accordance with infection control standards.
• Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, and reception duties.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
• Work closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Friendly, disciplined, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering outstanding patient service.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
