Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, skincare needs, and treatment goals.
Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, wellness solutions, and customized treatment packages based on individual client needs.
Clearly explain treatment procedures, package options, pricing, and expected outcomes.
Achieve individual sales targets and maximize treatment package conversions through ethical and consultative selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout their treatment journey.
Coordinate post-treatment follow-ups and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Maintain accurate consultation notes, client records, and sales documentation.
Collaborate closely with therapists, doctors, and clinic staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in aesthetic, wellness, beauty, or healthcare sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Customer-oriented with a professional, ethical, and positive attitude.
