Job Description
VISTA Eye Specialist is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Nurse / Assistant Nurse to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and fresh graduates who are interested in developing their skills in ophthalmic care and operation theatre support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Ophthalmologist during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
Prepare and assist with scrub duties in the Operation Theatre (OT).
Support the OT team in maintaining proper stock inventory and supplies.
Coordinate and schedule surgeries and related patient appointments.
Provide professional and friendly customer care at the clinic’s front desk.
Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure smooth patient care and clinic operations.
Maintain a clean, organised and patient-friendly clinical environment.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
Previous OT experience is not required; training will be provided.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other support centres when required.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
Patient-focused and people-oriented.
Good teamwork and adaptability.
Meticulous and responsible in handling clinical duties.
