– Name: Your name
– Gender: Your Gender, some employers use this information to decide if you meet the requirements for their job.
– Current Employment: Where are you currently working? I.e. Senior Pediatric Consultant at XYZ Hospital.
– Date of Birth: When you were born
– Phone Number: Your phone number, this is an important field to enable employers to connect with you.
– Email: Email, this is an important field for Docquity Jobs and employers to reach out to you regarding updates.
– Speciality: What specialty do you practice, this will help us customize which jobs we announce to you.
– CV: Your Resume or CV, to read more about how to improve your CV click here [country specific blog link]
– PRC ID: Your PRC ID file.
– Medical School Diploma: Your medical school diploma.
– BIR 2303 – Certificate or Registration: Your registration.
– TIN ID: Your TIN ID.
– Individual Sworn Statement: Your individual sworn statement.
– Preferred Job Location: Which locations would you be open to working in? This will help us customize which jobs we announce to you.
– Send New Job Notification: How often would you like to receive job alerts on new job postings.
Specifics on Uploading Documents: Formats, Size Limits, and Privacy Settings
– For documents we accept the following file formats: pdf, doc and docx files
– For images we accept the following file formats: jpg, jpeg and png
If you are not able to upload your documents, we recommend checking if your files are within these formats. All your documents are stored and encrypted safely on Docquity’s servers and only shared with employers if you apply to a job. By applying you are consenting to sharing your documents (i.e. CV, Medical License etc. ) with the employer so that they may process your application.

There are 3 main aspects that go into our job alerts –

– Preferred Work Location: Where you are located
– Send New Job Notification (Frequency): How often you want to receive a list of jobs, choose from Weekly, Monthly or Never.
