Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Medical Technology
Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Medical Technologist
Possession of a Drug Analyst and/or Biosafety certificate is considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
Proficiency in using various computer applications relevant to the role

Responsibilities:

Conducting a wide range of medical laboratory tests on patient samples to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
Analyzing and interpreting test results with precision and accuracy.
Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Adhering to standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date laboratory records.
Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities.
Assisting in the training and supervision of junior laboratory staff.
