Medical Network Officer

Asalus Corporation (Intellicare), a leading healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Medical Network Officer to support the growth and sustainability of its medical provider network. This role plays a key part in strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality medical services for our corporate clients.

Role Overview

The Medical Network Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partner medical providers while ensuring accurate medical information, efficient coordination, and excellent service delivery across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the affiliation and onboarding of medical providers into the Intellicare medical network

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers

Ensure the delivery of cost-effective and sustainable medical services aligned with corporate client needs

Enhance the overall customer service experience for both internal stakeholders and external medical partners

Coordinate and organize meetings or discussions with medical providers when required

Ensure all medical and provider-related information is accurate, complete, and properly validated

Support network management initiatives to maintain service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications

College graduate (preferably in a business-related or healthcare-related course)

Prior experience in an HMO or hospital setting is an advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills
