Claims Management Associate

Accenture Philippines is seeking talented individuals for the Claims Management Associate position. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely adjudication of Wellness and other claims, including conducting additional investigations, obtaining medical records, and completing claim reviews to ensure efficient processing.

About You
The ideal candidate:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a medical, health, or clinical-related field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacology, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Occupational/Speech Therapy).

Fresh graduates or undergraduates in relevant medical or clinical courses are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

6 months of CSR or end-to-end claims processing experience is advantageous.

Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.

We also welcome:

Graduates or undergraduates of any bachelor’s degree with at least 6 months of end-to-end claims processing experience.
