Registered Respiratory Therapist

Healthway Cebu Velez General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care services, support patient recovery, and contribute to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and provide respiratory care interventions to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other prescribed respiratory procedures.
Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory care equipment, including ventilators and related devices.
Assist physicians and healthcare teams in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory disorders.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and accurately document treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans, treatments, and disease management.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection prevention protocols.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Relevant clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
Newly licensed Respiratory Therapists and fresh board passers are encouraged to apply.
Strong commitment to patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
