Are you an experienced Medical Technologist with a passion for leading a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for you in Quezon City, Philippines. As a Medical Technologist Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities and ensuring the quality of diagnostic testing to aid in disease diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, organize, control, and coordinate activities of workers engaged in performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests.
- Assign workers to duties and oversee the performance of tests in fields such as microbiology, chemistry, histology, hematology, immunohematology, and serology.
- Purchase or direct the purchase of laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Review test results to ensure quality control.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
- Passed the licensure examination.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the relative field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, organization, and a high level of accountability, competency, and integrity.
