We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Director (Dental) to lead our sales team in expanding our presence in the dental industry.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of new sales opportunities through necessary sales channels.
- Expand and acquire partner dental clinics for the Company.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Assess current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Negotiation of contracts with clinic partners.
