Job Description
FortMED Medical Clinics Makati, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Echo Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality echocardiography and cardiac ultrasound examinations, providing accurate diagnostic images that support physicians in the assessment and management of cardiovascular conditions. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality 2D echocardiography and other cardiac ultrasound examinations.
Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and explain examination processes to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Assist physicians in the evaluation and diagnosis of cardiovascular conditions.
Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and quality control of ultrasound equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.
Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.
Deliver compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care at all times.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related healthcare program.
Relevant certification or license to practice in the Philippines, where applicable.
Experience performing 2D echocardiography and cardiac ultrasound examinations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of echocardiography techniques, cardiac anatomy, and imaging protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
