PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Halcyon Health Network, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with patients, families, and team members
• Work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the team
• Plan, organize and conduct therapy treatment programs based on individual patient needs
• Use tact and understanding in dealing with patients
• Perform duties under stressful conditions
• Prepare and maintain accurate, concise case records of patients
• Operate related adaptive equipment
• Utilize computer software programs incorporated in clinical practices, such as Google Drive

Requirements:

• Active state Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills
• Tact and understanding with patients
• Ability to work under stressful conditions with professionalism
• Experience with adaptive equipment and Google Drive
