We are seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Medical Services Provider to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency response and immediate medical care to employees at the designated site.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness or injury.
- Manage worker’s compensation claims and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with management and HR to create a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide education and training to employees on topics such as infection control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety.
- Maintain accurate employee health records and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in occupational health nursing.
- Participate in workplace committees to promote a culture of health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a current state nursing license.
- [X years] of experience in occupational health nursing, emergency response, or a related field.
- Certification in CPR and first aid.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to workplace health and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
