Job Description
Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a difference in a dynamic work environment? Jelfarm Fresh Produce Enterprise is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Company Nurse.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- Knowledgeable in performing first aid treatment in case of emergencies
- With or without work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to relocate to Brgy. San Manuel, Tarlac City
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Familiarity with conducting health checklist monitoring (e.g., Body temperature, Oxygen saturation, Blood Pressure)
- Ability to analyze laboratory results (Chest x-ray, Urinalysis, CBC, Hepa B) and assist with medication prescriptions
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
- Conduct regular health checkups and monitor vital signs
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
- Collaborate with medical professionals to analyze and interpret laboratory results
- Educate and promote health and wellness within the workplace
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
