Drug Test Analyst

LABLIFE Medical and Diagnostic Center is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Drug Test Analyst to join our growing laboratory team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of drug testing services through proper specimen handling, analysis, result interpretation, and quality assurance compliance. Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Testing & Analysis
Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of Custody and Control Forms (CCF) prior to specimen processing.
Prepare and handle specimens in accordance with established laboratory protocols and regulatory standards.
Perform examination, processing, and analysis of specimens for drug testing procedures.
Accurately interpret, document, validate, and release test results in a timely manner.
Ensure strict adherence to laboratory quality standards, testing procedures, and chain-of-custody requirements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of laboratory quality assurance and quality control programs.
Support the evaluation, validation, and monitoring of laboratory reagents, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain compliance with laboratory policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Escalate technical concerns, unusual findings, and operational issues to the Laboratory Head when necessary.
Operational Support
Collaborate effectively with laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support laboratory operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare field.
Experience in laboratory testing, specimen processing, or drug testing services is an advantage.
Strong understanding of laboratory quality assurance practices and testing procedures.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
