Job Description

As a Clinic Supervisor at our esteemed medical facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic while providing excellent service to our clients and patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance and ensure all stations are manned promptly at 8 am.
  • Manage lunch decking for stations with multiple staff to maintain continuous operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate and schedule doctor’s appointments, finding appropriate relievers when necessary.
  • Document and address negative feedback, complaints, and client concerns directed at staff.
  • Ensure all departments accomplish their weekly objectives.
  • Oversee the weekly release of medical results, monitoring transmittal, delivery, and resolving backlogs.
  • Manage compliance log and ensure all required compliance is transmitted.
  • Implement and monitor the 5S Program for clinic organization and cleanliness.
  • Supervise the performance of all employees under the Pulong Branch.
  • Monitor the weekly validity of equipment, especially those requiring calibration.
  • Assist patients in the pre-employment process.
  • Support management in marketing to acquire new clients.
  • Attend meetings with clients as needed.
  • Assist department heads in processing work requirements such as permits, licenses, and NEQAS.
  • Perform Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Audiometry procedures.
  • Conduct Pulmonary Function tests (PFT).
  • Man the Information area if necessary.
  • Process HMO approvals for consultation and diagnostic procedures.
  • Assist doctors with Pap smears.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to clinic queries or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferably a graduate of any medical-related course.
  • Skills and Training: Proficient in using MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and good problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and mentor others.
  • Ability to manage minor issues, problems, and concerns.
