Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Conduct initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and medical treatments.
Perform routine diagnostic tests and administer vaccinations as needed.
Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Document patient history, treatment plans, and follow-up care effectively.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Customer Service:

Handle patient inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
Create a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
Build trust and rapport through effective communication with patients and their families.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a valid PRC license.
Experience in delivering excellent customer service within a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of clinic operations and customer service protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.
Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work on a rotational shifting schedule.
Proficient in computer applications.
