Join our Primary Care team as an Ultrasound Technologist and contribute to delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services that support accurate and timely patient care. In this role, you will perform ultrasound procedures, ensure high-quality imaging standards, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient outcomes in a compassionate and patient-centered environment.
We also welcome high-potential healthcare professionals from allied health backgrounds who are passionate about diagnostic imaging and eager to develop specialized expertise through comprehensive hands-on training. Successful candidates undergoing training will be required to fulfill a one-year employment bond in exchange for this valuable learning opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Care
Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to ultrasound examinations to ensure comfort, safety, and procedural understanding.
Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including but not limited to whole abdomen, thyroid, breast, kidney-ureter-bladder (KUB), and hepatobiliary tract (HBT) scans, while meeting established turnaround times.
Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient histories and examination records.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity throughout the diagnostic process.
Clinical Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with Radiologists and OB Sonologists to facilitate accurate interpretation and timely reporting of diagnostic findings.
Assist in specialized ultrasound procedures as required.
Support efficient clinic operations by responding to patient inquiries and coordinating examination schedules.
Equipment & Systems Management
Operate ultrasound equipment effectively and ensure optimal image quality in accordance with established protocols.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintain cleanliness and functionality of diagnostic machines.
Utilize PACS, Emedcore, and Lifesys systems for documentation, image management, and result processing.
Apply basic troubleshooting techniques and promptly escalate technical concerns when necessary.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Adhere to patient safety standards, infection prevention protocols, and organizational policies.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Education
Preferred: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology with a valid PRC license (RRT/RXT).
Candidates from allied health disciplines who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to undergo training are encouraged to apply.
Experience & Knowledge
Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, medical terminology, and diagnostic imaging principles.
Experience in operating ultrasound equipment is an advantage; however, candidates willing to undergo structured training will also be considered.
Basic knowledge of ultrasound equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
Proficient in computer applications and electronic healthcare systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent documentation practices and attention to detail.
