Key Responsibilities
Diagnostic Imaging & Patient Care
Perform radiographic examinations in accordance with physician requests and established clinical protocols.
Operate X-ray equipment proficiently to obtain accurate and high-quality diagnostic images.
Position patients appropriately and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal imaging outcomes and patient comfort.
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the diagnostic process.
Safety & Quality Compliance
Adhere strictly to radiation safety standards, infection prevention measures, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, quality assurance protocols, and professional practice guidelines.
Maintain a safe environment for patients, colleagues, and other healthcare personnel.
Collaboration & Clinical Support
Work closely with Radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate timely and accurate diagnosis.
Prepare and transmit imaging studies to Radiologists for interpretation.
Assist in the efficient release of diagnostic results while maintaining service excellence.
Documentation & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, imaging documentation, and electronic medical system entries.
Ensure completeness and confidentiality of all medical records in accordance with data privacy regulations.
Support departmental operations through timely reporting and proper management of system documentation.
Equipment Maintenance
Conduct routine equipment inspections and daily functionality checks to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly escalate concerns requiring advanced servicing.
Assist in maintaining imaging equipment according to established operational standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology or an equivalent Allied Health program.
Licensed Radiologic Technologist (PRC Registered).
Strong understanding of radiologic procedures, human anatomy, imaging techniques, and radiation protection principles.
Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and healthcare information systems.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Adaptable, dependable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
