Role Overview
The Medical Encoder is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient data, ensuring precision and integrity in medical records that support clinical decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Encode patient information, including laboratory results, prescriptions, and receipts, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date patient database.
Identify, flag, and escalate data inconsistencies or anomalies for verification.
Ensure all encoded documents meet quality standards and support effective patient care.
Collaborate with the team to enhance data management processes and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs).
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in data encoding or a related field.
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
