Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Company Doctors to join our team in various client sites nationwide. The role involves implementing health and wellness programs, conducting medical consultations, and managing work-related health conditions to promote employee well-being and organizational health.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Please note that full-time slots may be limited by the time of processing. For part-time opportunities, candidates may also sign up on Moongig at app.moongig.xyz/signup

Key Responsibilities

Conduct medical consultations and thorough physical examinations for employees.

Diagnose and manage work-related and general health conditions.

Provide appropriate interventions such as prescribing medication, wound care, and other treatments.

Implement and oversee workplace health and wellness programs.

Collaborate with management to reduce costs related to disability claims, absenteeism, and workplace health issues.

Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and occupational health standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensed Physician with an active PRC license.

Preferably with training or certification in Occupational Medicine.

Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Detail-oriented, systematic, and organized.

Flexible and committed to providing high-quality patient care.
