Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care across various clinical departments, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and positive healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards.
Receive and endorse patient information during shift handovers, ensuring continuity of care with special attention to critical, pre-operative, post-operative, and newly admitted patients.
Monitor, assess, and accurately document patients’ vital signs and clinical conditions, reporting significant changes promptly.
Participate in physicians’ rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring accurate documentation and medication safety.
Carry out physicians’ orders, communicate updates effectively, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and other medical interventions.
Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, wound care, and other clinical procedures.
Provide essential bedside nursing care, including hygiene assistance, repositioning, and maintaining patient comfort.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care protocols.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical or hospital nursing experience.
Willing to be assigned to different clinical areas, including Emergency Room (ER), Ward, NICU, Operating Room (OR), ICU, and HDU.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); additional nursing-related training and certifications are an advantage.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
