Hemodialysis Nurse (with Hemodialysis Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to hemodialysis patients, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout procedures
• Support the medical team by assisting doctors during treatments and procedures
• Assess patient conditions, develop a personalized nursing care plan, implement it, and evaluate its effectiveness over time
• Oversee the safe and accurate administration of hemodialysis treatments in line with clinic protocols
• Participate in patient education, helping them understand their condition and the treatment process
• Ensure all nursing care meets the standards of practice and guidelines set out by the clinic

Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• The candidate must have passed the Nursing Licensure Examination
• Special certifications in Hemodialysis, IV Therapy, and Basic Life Support will enhance your application
• Proven experience as a Hemodialysis Nurse
• Excellent patient care skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively
