Reliever Physician On Duty (POD)
Job Description
Nephro Group Dialysis Centers, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated physician to serve as a Reliever Physician On Duty (POD) for our Candelaria, Quezon Province Branch. This temporary position is crucial to ensuring the availability of medical oversight and expertise during the specified dates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight and supervision during dialysis procedures.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ health status before, during, and after dialysis.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and valid PRC license.
- Previous experience in nephrology or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
Location: Candelaria, Quezon Province Branch
Job Duration: December 28 & 29, 2023 (Thursday & Friday)
Duty Hours: 6:00 AM to 12:00 NN (maximum)
Hourly Rate: Php 300.00/hour
