Diagnostic Technician

Peregrine Eye & Laser Institute Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Diagnostic Technician to join our growing ophthalmology team. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about patient care, medical technology, and supporting accurate diagnosis through advanced diagnostic procedures.

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a vital role in performing ophthalmic diagnostic tests and measurements that assist ophthalmologists in evaluating eye conditions, establishing diagnoses, and developing effective treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic eye examinations, measurements, and tests using specialized ophthalmic equipment and diagnostic machines.
Ensure accurate collection and recording of patient diagnostic data for physician review.
Assist ophthalmologists by providing reliable diagnostic results to support clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and explain testing processes clearly and professionally.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
Adhere to clinic policies, safety standards, infection control procedures, and quality assurance guidelines.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications
Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or College Degree in:
Radiologic Technology
Allied Health Sciences
Medical Technology-related fields
Computer-related courses
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
