As a Roving Aesthetician, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, assisting in medical and cosmetic procedures, and ensuring clients receive personalized care that supports their wellness and confidence goals. You will serve as one of Remedy’s key customer-facing professionals, helping create a premium client experience through expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care.

This role is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, passionate about skincare innovation, and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of facial, body, and laser treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and client satisfaction.
Serve as a primary client-facing representative, delivering exceptional service and building positive, long-term relationships with patients.
Assist nurses and physicians during aesthetic and dermatological procedures to ensure smooth and efficient treatment delivery.
Provide clear and detailed post-treatment care instructions, ensuring patients understand medication use, aftercare, and recovery recommendations.
Monitor, maintain, and ensure the proper handling and functionality of aesthetic equipment and treatment devices.
Travel and provide services across all Remedy Skintech and Skin Bar branches within Metro Manila, ensuring consistent service quality throughout locations.
Stay informed on the latest skincare, wellness, and aesthetic treatment trends, technologies, and techniques.
Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Aesthetician or in a related beauty and wellness role.
Strong background in skincare treatments, facials, body treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, personalized skincare experiences tailored to individual patient needs.
Knowledgeable about modern beauty trends, wellness products, skincare technologies, and treatment techniques.
Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Flexible and willing to work 6 days a week, including mall operating hours, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to travel and rotate across multiple Remedy and Skin Bar clinic branches in Metro Manila.
