Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinic in Alabang. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in our facility. This position requires prior experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and self-care techniques.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and safety standards.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to emergencies and critical situations.
• Stay updated on current medical practices, advancements, and research.

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and best practices.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
