Company Physician

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate in developing, implementing and promoting health and safety policies to maintain physical, mental, and social well-being of all workers
• Perform physical examinations for proper health checkups and placement of employees
• Provide medical services, including handling relevant clerical work based on an agreed schedule
• Accurately validate sick leaves or absences based on valid medical reasons
• Recommend necessary diagnostic procedures required in the course of disease diagnosis and treatment
• Prescribe necessary medication for all employees
• Contribute in maintaining a healthy workspace by developing and executing health awareness programs
• Regularly updates all medical and health records, including physical examination results
• Provide immediate First Aid treatment in case of emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals if necessary

Requirements

• Must possess a Doctorate in Medicine
• Holds a valid Professional Regulations Commission Physician License
• Undergone Occupational Safety and Health training
• Willing to start on March 1, 2024
• Must be able to commute to Santo Tomas, Batangas

Shift/Timings

Part-time, Day shift, Expected hours: 16 per week
