Job Title: Marketing and Event Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- Doctors with experience or training in healthcare marketing are also welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and event planning, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing and event projects, including defining goals, identifying resources, managing timelines, and tracking progress
- Develop innovative marketing and event concepts and strategies that align with the organization’s goals
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing and event data to evaluate the effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full-time availability, with an 8-hour shift schedule
