Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ needs and provide direct nursing care by collecting data, observing patients, and reviewing clinical records.
- Interpret physicians’ orders to provide effective patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians to plan patient care and communicate patients’ needs and problems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an updated/valid PRC license.
- Preferably with BLS, IV Therapy training, and ACLS (not required).
- Excellent nursing care skills with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Organized, dependable, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work in shifting hours and during holidays.
