Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a COVID-19 Medical Document Specialist and play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and accurate documentation for patients during these challenging times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to COVID-19 patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
  • Conduct phone and video consultations, addressing patient inquiries and providing medical advice remotely.
  • Manage video calls, verify patient information, and ensure accurate data recording.
  • Maintain error-free, up-to-date medical documentation, ensuring all records are signed by the attending physician.
  • Organize and integrate clinical data, lab reports, and physician interpretations into medical records, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of patient tracking systems.
  • Edit medical documents for errors and compliance with ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

  • MD degree preferred, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA confidentiality standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Proficiency in medical record software and hardware systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and reporting abilities.
  • Foreign Medical Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Cleared USMLE Steps 1 and 2.
  • ECFMG certified.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM CST.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $10 per hour.
