Value Care is looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists and answers queries of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in handling client’s inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any medical-related courses
Anyone with relevant experience.
Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
Mondays-Saturdays, 8-5PM
