Derma Nurse

VBP Dermatology Institute Inc. is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and service-oriented Derma Nurse to join our growing team at Festival Mall Alabang. As a Derma Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting dermatologists, assisting in medical and aesthetic procedures, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring a safe and positive treatment experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Clinical Support
Conduct initial patient assessments with a focus on skin health and dermatological conditions.
Review, monitor, and document patient medical histories, treatment progress, and relevant clinical findings.
Assist physicians during skin examinations, consultations, and dermatology procedures.
Support dermatologists in both outpatient and minor surgical dermatology treatments.
Dermatology & Aesthetic Procedures
Assist in cosmetic and medical dermatology procedures using specialized equipment and technologies.
Perform standard facials, body contouring treatments, and Glutathione IV/Drip procedures in accordance with clinic protocols.
Ensure all equipment, treatment rooms, medications, supplies, and linens are properly prepared before procedures.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
Wound Care & Patient Management
Assess, monitor, and provide treatment support for patients with skin wounds, burns, and other dermatological conditions.
Perform wound care procedures and apply appropriate dressings, topical medications, and treatment plans.
Assist in the management and treatment of acne and other common skin conditions under physician guidance.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients undergoing dermatological treatments and procedures.
Patient Education & Customer Care
Educate patients on skincare routines, disease prevention, treatment compliance, and post-procedure care.
Provide guidance on maintaining healthy skin and managing dermatological conditions at home.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Administrative Support
Assist with medication dispensing in accordance with clinic protocols.
Perform cashiering duties when the Branch Manager and/or Pharmacist are unavailable.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Licensed Nurse is preferred; however, nursing graduates awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in dermatology, aesthetics, and skincare treatments.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, dermatology equipment, and patient care practices is an advantage.
Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong commitment to patient care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
