REGISTERED NURSE – FAMY CHEMOTHERAPY CENTER
Job Description
We Hope Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Registered Nurse to join our Famy Chemotherapy Center. In this rewarding role, you will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, clinical excellence, and emotional support throughout their treatment journey. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Chemotherapy Administration
Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy agents, supportive medications, and prescribed treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusions to ensure treatment safety and effectiveness.
Assess, identify, and promptly manage adverse reactions, treatment complications, and emergency situations.
Assist physicians during patient assessments, procedures, and treatment planning.
Patient Education & Support
Educate patients and their families on chemotherapy treatments, potential side effects, symptom management, and post-treatment care.
Provide compassionate emotional support and guidance to patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.
Promote patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being through individualized nursing care.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, treatment documentation, and patient care reports.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols, occupational health and safety standards, and cytotoxic drug handling guidelines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Valid PRC Nursing License.
Clinical or hospital nursing experience is preferred.
Knowledge of patient care, IV insertion, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
Experience in oncology or chemotherapy nursing is an advantage.
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
