Endocrinologist

Wellnostics Inc. is seeking a dedicated ENT Specialist to join its patient-focused healthcare team. The role involves managing adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
Order, interpret, and utilize laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic tests to determine clinical status and treatment plans
Provide continuity of care for patients with chronic or pre-existing conditions through appropriate monitoring and management
Utilize in-house diagnostic services effectively and refer patients for advanced care when required, ensuring proper documentation and coordination
Perform medical procedures within the scope of ENT practice in accordance with clinical standards and safety protocols
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all patient encounters and medical records
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
Prepare clear and timely medical reports, certifications, and fitness evaluations as required
Ensure compliance with company policies, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations
Participate in quality assurance activities, audits, and case discussions

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution
Valid and active PRC License
Residency training and/or board certification in Otolaryngology (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Patient-centered approach with high ethical standards
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule (1–2 days per week)
