Job Description
seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Doctor with a background in Family Medicine to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within our innovative, tech-enabled clinical environment. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to drive excellence in chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care in collaboration with allied health professionals.
Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance to ensure safe, effective, and patient-focused care.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and refinement of clinical protocols for health coaching, screening, and chronic disease programs.
Develop and deliver educational content for patients, healthcare providers, and the wider community.
Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of patient outcomes, supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff to uphold care standards.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with patients and their families, delivering care with empathy and compassion.
Leverage NOVI Health’s digital platforms and tools for efficient patient management and documentation.
Engage in ongoing continuing medical education and contribute to clinical research as appropriate.
