Job Description
Healthway Medical Group is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Clinic Executive / Patient Service Associate to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting healthcare professionals in providing quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, crowd management, and handling enquiries via phone and in person.
Provide administrative support to doctors and clinical teams to ensure efficient clinic workflow and optimal patient care.
Dispense medications accurately in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Process and manage Third-Party Administrator (TPA) claims, MediSave claims, insurance claims, and other related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations and achieving performance objectives, with support from the Operations Department.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient concerns professionally and ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications, medical supplies, and equipment through regular stock checks and timely replenishment.
Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and presentable in accordance with operational and infection control standards.
Support the implementation of clinic policies, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline, GCE ‘A’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level, or Higher NITEC qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centric and service-oriented mindset.
A collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in using digital systems and applications.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
