General Practitioner

Healthway Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Practitioner (GP) to join our growing network of clinics across Singapore. As a General Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care while ensuring compliance with clinical governance standards and contributing to the efficient operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and comprehensive General Practice (GP) services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients of all age groups.
Assess, manage, and provide evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic medical conditions.
Prepare and complete accurate medical reports for patients attended by locum doctors and/or yourself, ensuring timely documentation and continuity of care.
Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Oversee and manage clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines, and medical consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimal utilization before expiry.
Uphold the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and professional ethics in daily practice.
Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare legislation, regulations, guidelines, and government directives that may be implemented from time to time.
Support and guide clinical staff to maintain full compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality, patient experience, and overall clinic performance.
Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or an equivalent medical qualification recognized in Singapore.
Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with a valid practising status.
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage a broad range of primary healthcare cases independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach.
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high standards of medical care.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
