Resident Doctor

Alpro Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join its medical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality primary care, manage a wide range of medical conditions, and deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct comprehensive consultations and diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
– Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and routine medical assessments.
– Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care practice.
– Review laboratory and diagnostic results and develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.
– Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and ensure continuity of care.
– Counsel patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, lifestyle modification, and overall wellness.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
– Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
– Provide support for telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and electronic prescriptions.
– Coordinate specialist referrals and facilitate seamless follow-up and continuity of patient care.
– Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, professional standards, and Malaysian healthcare regulations.
– Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
– Support clinic programs designed to enhance patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
– MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
– Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
– Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Care is preferred.
– Experience in managing chronic diseases is an added advantage.
– Excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
– Strong commitment to patient-centered and preventive healthcare.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
