We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join our Allied Health team and provide comprehensive eye care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess patients’ vision and eye health.
Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe appropriate corrective lenses.
Detect signs of eye diseases and refer patients to ophthalmologists or specialists when necessary.
Provide professional advice on vision care, eye health, and preventive measures.
Perform vision screening and other diagnostic tests using modern ophthalmic equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or an equivalent qualification.
Registered with the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC) or relevant professional body.
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (where applicable).
Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compassionate, patient-centred, and committed to delivering exceptional eye care.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
